At Nouriya, we want you to shop with confidence. That's why we offer a 60-day return policy, giving you 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 60 days of delivery.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

We accept returns for both opened and unopened products.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you:

  • A free prepaid return shipping label, and

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

We offer free return shipping worldwide for all approved returns.

Please note that items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

Returning Your Item

After your return request has been approved, you must ship your item within 14 days using the prepaid return label we provide.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@trynouriya.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Our 60-day return policy goes beyond this legal right, giving all customers additional time to request a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
